**Pine Rivers 2010 Qld State Squad training today cancelled** - 7/25/2010 12:09:00 AMToo wet today and not worth the risk anyone getting cold and sick...you can still do some personal training at home.
Squats- pressups- burpies- leg raises etc just be warm before you do...20 mintues will make a difference
All going well see you at the track Tuesday 6-615pm or many laps...bring your bikes!!!
